Teksas’da Eurocopter AS 350 2009 helikopteri bir operasyon sırasında kuzeybatı Montgomery İlçesi’ndeki Sam Houston Ulusal Ormanı’na düştü.
Helikopterde bulunan diğer iki kişi yaralı bir vaziyette sağlık merkezine götürüldü.
Yetkililer kazanın nedenlerini araştırıyorlar.
